- How do I Log In? – If you are a registered member and know your username and password, click on the Login link at the very top of any page. Once logged in, your username and a link to update your user information will be displayed in the navigation bar at the top of each page.
- I’m having trouble logging in – Your Username and Password are case sensitive. Double check that Caps lock is not on. Try typing it out as opposed to copy and pasting the Username and Password. If none of these work, Please contact us for your log-in details.
- I’m a member, but don’t know my username – ADM Alumni Association members with active status at the time of this web site creation have been assigned a username of first name and membership number (example: mary0001) Please contact us for your log-in details.
If you joined by registering online, you should have received an email containing your login details.
- I don’t remember my password – Please click on the “Lost Password” link at the bottom of the Login page. A new password will be emailed to you.
- My email address has changed, how do I update my information – Login using the link at the top of any page. Once logged in, click on the “Update Your Profile” link at the top of the page. The profile page allows you to update your email address, add personal information and change your password.
- I need to change my mailing address or other contact information – You can update your contact information by submitting an update to your Members Information Form Please check the “Update” box at the end of the form.
- I submitted a comment, but it does not appear in the comments – All comments must be approved by the moderator.
- I got an error on photo submission –
- File Format Error – Please save your image as a jpg, gif, or png
- Exceeded upload size – You will need to reduce the size of the image file. You will need an image editing program or there are several free web based services that you can use. Pixlr or Resize2mail are very easy to use.
- What is the difference between “Visitor” and “Guest” access?
Visitor – Someone who is not logged in, limited access. See chart below.
Guest – Has access to certain pages. Require registration. See chart below.
