ADM Alumni Association Privacy and Solicitation Policy
We have had numerous requests over the years to support some very fine organizations in a variety of methods. Although the ADM Alumni has great respect for all of the work done by these organizations, ie;, ADM Scholarship Foundation, Athletic Booster Clubs, Fine Arts Booster Club and other civic organizations, we created a policy to assure that we would consistently honor the privacy of our members, protect them from unwanted solicitation and best serve their needs as alumni.
By this policy, we do not share our database contact information with any organization for any purpose. We only share this information with identified class liaisons planning their individual class reunions. Upon release of the information, they are informed of our disclosure policy and are asked not to use or share the information outside of their reunion communications.
We do not allow for solicitation from any person or organization through any of our publications or at our events.
We do wish to support other organizations without compromising our promise to our alumni. We will consider informational articles without solicitation that are consistent with the ADM Alumni Association Statement of Purpose for publication on our website and in the semi-annual newsletter.
