Contribute to the ADM Alumni Special Projects Fund
Our alumni community has been actively working on several projects to honor the rich history and traditions of ADM. Below are the major alumni-led initiatives currently in progress or under discussion.

Tiger Pride Plaza
A vision for Tiger Pride Plaza at the new campus includes the Nile Kinnick statue, a second Tiger mascot, and the historic bell from 1871. These three important pieces will be displayed together as a tribute to ADM’s legacy. The proposed arrangement of these items was showcased at the 2024 ADM Alumni Red & Black Bash. You can find photos in our photo galleries or on our Facebook page.
Given the new high school and athletic facility construction schedule, the Tiger Pride Plaza would be completed in time for the Fall of 2032 football season.

Historic Arch
The historic arch, originally built in 1934 as an entrance to Riverside Park (now Kinnick Feller Park), has been a landmark in Adel for decades. A proposal is underway to create a replica arch at the new campus, possibly serving as a gateway to the athletic complex. Here is an article about the arch.

A local mason has been contacted for cost estimates, and the brick plant in Adel has expressed interest in donating materials. Once the project cost is determined, a fundraising initiative will be launched to bring this historic tribute to life.
Archive Swinging Panel Display
Previously displayed in the middle school commons, the class composites and ADM Athletic Hall of Fame were housed in a swinging panel display system. The original panels are now stored on the third floor of the DAC building.
The display consists of 40 two-sided panels, requiring approximately 12’ x 2.5’ of space. The updated panels will feature:
- 25 panels for class composites (covering up to 2038)
- 8 panels for ADM Athletic Hall of Fame (covering through 2033)
- 2 panels for Distinguished Alumni
- 2 panels for Hometown Heroes
- 1 panel for ADM school history
Efforts are underway to reinstall this significant historical display somewhere on campus.
These alumni projects are a testament to our shared history and ongoing dedication to the ADM community. Stay tuned for updates and opportunities to contribute to these meaningful initiatives!
